This evening the Committee made a decision that for the safety of players, volunteers and staff members, training will not commence until at least the 1st of February.
We are still awaiting the guidance from the SYFA, but as it stands at the moment children over 11 can not train in groups. Although the First Minister has advised that children under 11 can have organised activities, logistically we can not ensure that for the number of younger kids we have that training would be as safe as it should be. Trying to keep kids apart (non contact) and ensuring that there are only 2 adults per group along with first aid cover etc, as well as trying to organise entry and exit from the stadium keeping parents safe is not practical at the moment.
I will update when we get the guidance through, but for the time being there will be no organised training by the club.
I will pause all Fees for February to complensate for this, you will not have to do anything to your MCH direct debit.
