EFCFC will be running a Free Class beginning on 17th September.
Every Tuesday 10.30-12.30 for men and women aged 16+ at the Locality Hub, Bayview Stadium.
All fitness levels welcome. Come and meet new people.
Discuss all things mental health and wellbeing.
Grab a drink and a blether before and after the game.
Boots are available for those that require them.
